Quick Start with HPAS

HPAS projects can be started from its official website (http://zetilab.org/hpas/) or download a client software that support across major type of operating systems.

HPAS Client software

Full mode of HPAS will run all incorporated webservices (subject to web services end point availability).

Standard mode optimized several tools that are incorporated in HPAS for faster completion of analysis. Suitable for large scale project to lower down the scope of analyzing HP sequences.

Custom mode allows user to decide what webservices to run in HPAS, configure default parameters for the analysis.

HPAS Report Output

HPAS support both Excel spreadsheets output and HTML report. HTML report is designed to allow self-hosting HPAS database for interactive data visualization and distribution among users.
